A few things: First off, I love it. It is my first cremation pendant and you cannot beat the price for the quality! A few things to know: The ball chain it comes with does NOT work well with it. The pendant catches and will become quite askew on it. I changed mine to a different chain. I also had bought this planning to put it on the same necklace of another pendant I wear all the time, but I underestimated the weight of this stainless steel heart. It was too heavy. That being said, I'm perfectly happy with it on its own chain. Overall, good experience. I had looked at other stores that had more in depth instructions as far as tightening and gluing the urn shut to make sure it will be aligned for a chain later, but as long as you keep that in mind, it's fine.
